StoryChorus: follow the 2016 Western Europe Tour!
Right after its final performance of Britten's War Requiem, the Berkeley Community Chorus & Orchestra began rehearsing Verdi's Requiem. On June 24, 2016, more than 100 singers from BCCO and the Contra Costa Children's Chorus fly off to Europe for a week of performances under the baton of Ming Luke, music director. The chorus will perform in Belgium, in Brussels and Ypres, and in Stuttgart, Germany. We've asked them to send us photos and reports along the way—the poster at left leads you to the tour travel blog. Follow along as BCCO sings its way through Europe.
